We are seeking an aesthetic technician that will help grow the aesthetics department, become an integral member of the business with the opportunity to be promoted in the future as the need may appear. The employee is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with clients, building up clientele, and selling the value of services associated with offered products and services. This job will require excellent customer service skills, a fun personality along with credibility, thorough knowledge of the services and products offered in the spa, high integrity, and a hardworking attitude.This employee will be team-oriented, have great decision-making skills, be highly motivated, display excellent customer service, high integrity, and a rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts.

• Performing a comprehensive and detailed skin evaluation on customers.
• Evaluating customer’s suitability for different services and recommending such services.
• High emphasis on boosting sales of services and products, bringing in new clients and retaining current ones.
• Be proficient in documentation and use of the EMR software system.
• Keeping aesthetician treatment rooms neat and clean daily and products displayed as required.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Recommending and educating each and every customer on services and products that will benefit them and align with their goals.
• Be willing to help the company grow and participate in educational activities to further their own knowledge.
• Should be a team player, respectful of others, and creates an ideal customer experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Other duties as assigned including proper attire, knowing own work schedule, proper attendance, use promotional tools of clinic such as memberships, loyalty programs, promotions, referrals, etc.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an aesthetic technician, prior med spa or cosmetic experience.
• Ability to be friendly and personable to customers.
• Positive, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
• Effective relationship building skills.
• Honesty, reliability, hardworking and flexibility with the schedule.
• Skincare sales experience.
• High level of interest in advancing their own education and learning new techniques.
• Team player.
