Overview

As our Refractive Services Concierge, you'll be the patient's first point of contact and are responsible for gathering important information for their visit while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle incoming calls and answer basic questions about cosmetic surgical offerings across multiple practices 
  • Engage prospective patients via outbound calls, text messages, and emails to facilitate scheduling of surgical consult appointments
  • Schedule patients for appointments in a friendly manner 
  • Monitor provider schedules, keeping in communication with management regarding any changes or extensive wait times for visits
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective patients
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company’s services and procedures, and communicate to patients in a way designed to earn patient’s trust and business
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Inside sales or customer service experience a plus
  • Should excel at managing busy situations while remaining organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Effectively communicate value to patients 
  • Must be assertive and able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable discussing financial options if asked
  • Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication and passion for creating a high quality patient experience
  • Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns
