Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate selection, to extending and closing offers. This individual will leverage market insights, innovative sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder relationships to attract and secure top talent in a competitive healthcare landscape.

Success in this role requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who can manage multiple priorities, influence hiring decisions, and consistently deliver high-quality talent while creating a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders - shaping strategy, driving results, and raising the bar on talent acquisition

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent that not only fits the role but elevates the team

  • Coach and guide hiring managers to champion best practices, ensuring every hire reflects AVP’s standards of excellence

  • Partner with leaders to truly understand what makes a candidate succeed - skills, experience, and cultural fit 

  • Conduct in-depth candidate conversations to uncover potential, aspirations, and fit, and move top talent through the process efficiently

  • Curate an unforgettable candidate experience: timely, transparent communication, meaningful feedback, and ongoing relationship-building for future opportunities

  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels and recruiting tools to keep pipelines full of high-quality candidates

  • Be an AVP brand ambassador - showcasing our culture, mission, and opportunities to attract and excite top talent

  • Collaborate across People Services, leadership, and business teams to anticipate hiring needs, plan ahead, and build a sustainable talent pipeline

 

Qualifications

  • Ideally 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
  • REQUIRED:  High volume, multi-position recruiting in a metrics driven environment 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals 
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with different departments while also holding teammates and leaders accountable to deadlines
  • Passionate about creating genuine connections and an exceptional experience for new and current team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with hands-on experience in iCIMS a plus, and strong technical proficiency in recruiting tools
