The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate selection, to extending and closing offers. This individual will leverage market insights, innovative sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder relationships to attract and secure top talent in a competitive healthcare landscape.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders - shaping strategy, driving results, and raising the bar on talent acquisition
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent that not only fits the role but elevates the team
Coach and guide hiring managers to champion best practices, ensuring every hire reflects AVP’s standards of excellence
Partner with leaders to truly understand what makes a candidate succeed - skills, experience, and cultural fit
Conduct in-depth candidate conversations to uncover potential, aspirations, and fit, and move top talent through the process efficiently

Leverage diverse sourcing channels and recruiting tools to keep pipelines full of high-quality candidates
